Ways to shop

We're following the latest COVID-19 health and safety guidance from the UK's governments. When visiting our shops and superstores, please follow the latest guidance for your nation:

In England, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands:

• We encourage you to wear a face covering if you can

In Scotland and Wales:

• Face coverings are mandatory for our customers, staff, and volunteers, unless exempt

In all stores:

• Please be respectful of everyone's space while shopping in-store
• We are committed to creating safe environments within which to shop, in-line with government recommendations. Please be mindful of our shop teams and other customers.
• Hand sanitiser stations remain in place, and we encourage all customers to sanitise their hands on entry
• Cough guards remain in place at our till points
• We'll still be following an enhanced cleaning rota and hand washing guidance
• You may donate your items during opening hours. Please do not leave donations outside our shops.
